Used car issues - any recourse in Arizona?

Bought a used car 2 weeks ago and today discovered that there are serious problems with the power steering and transmission. Plus, tonight I filled the trunk with groceries and when I got home, the trunk wouldn't open. A neighbor had to drill out the lock so I could get the $100 worth of food out . The car also didn't pass emissions, and the dealer did admit that they are responsible for taking care of that...what else might they be responsible for? I really think the car might be a hazard if the steering and transmission aren't working right.

This all happened before day 15 of the limited warranty - but there was no way to notify them since it was a Sunday.

Update:

If they won't work with me, I'm willing to picket their lot and post ads about them on Craig's List (where they primarily advertise) for selling an unsafe vehicle.

Update 2:

The Car Fax report was clean. However...when I took it for emissions testing and it failed, I found out that it had been tested a month earlier - after the dealer bought it at auction. He KNEW it wouldn't pass.

If it was a Sunday you would hope they would have given you one extra day. Talk with them and see what they would be willing to work out. Unfortunately most often used cars even from dealers are looked at by courts as a Buyer beware situation. If the dealer seems completely unwilling to work with you and help you out on this deal then I would seek legal advice.
