Taking long walks works, and so does a warm shower. Also, a funny movie or a conversation with a friend. Journaling really helps, too! Good Luck! ^_^

I somethimes take a bubble bath. Also I like to run or get a massage from my boyfriend. And sometimes if im really frustrated I will cry to let out the stress. All of these things work for me :)

Try to reduce the threshold/gap between the demand which is the stressor, and your capacity to meet the demand. Identify the stressor, work out why you feel you can't handle the situation, and try to change it. For example, an exam - you fear you will not pass, or the workload is too great, structure your time, find the relevant information, study what is required, but balance it with other positive activities. Try to make the situation, easier, somehow. Sometimes people don't even know how to identify their stressors, so they cannot begin to reduce their stress.

Take Cipramil, visit my GP - I have an anxiety/depressive disorder. To relax, I surf the internet, listen to music, lie down, sleep, swim, talk to someone. I am attending a stress management course tomorrow!

I bottle it in and once a year I take it out on anyting with ears and a sence of touch.

I have a 100lb punching bag hanging in my basement, it does wonders. Btw I don't punch it I just yell at it and threaten it with violence and cigarette burns. No just joking, I hit it.

I am a coward, so I bite small people and kick pillows ~ and really hate when they retaliate (the pillows, that is).
