Satellite Clock Wrong?

I've had this satellite clock for several years and it always re-set to the correct time when Daylight Savings Time occurred. This time it didn't. So I set the time manually but then a few minutes later, it did a handshake with a satellite and the time display was an hour off again. I've tried to set the correct time on several ocassions over the last couple of weeks but the satellite resets the clock back to the non DST. Whats with that?

I'm wondering if the new DST was not programmed into the satellite and that is why your clock resets to the old time when it updates with the satellite. No suggestions on how to correct it other than when the original day rolls around your issue may take care of itself. Sorry.
