Proxy Requests Repetitive?

Does anyone else feel that the repititive requests for proxies should be a BAN from Yahoo! Answers.

Why not??

1) It does violate the Community guidelines to ask the same question repetitively!

Primarily) Approximately 95% of these users are request proxies to violate the Terms Of Use on the machines they are using these Proxies on. (Myspace, youtube, facebook, etc) "Accessing Web Materials that are not School or Work oriented thus violating Terms Of Use"

Topic Violations; "Social/Dating" - "Streaming Video/Audio" which

A) Multiple streaming users can seize the bandwidth usage on T1 or multiple T1 lines. Thus restricting server communication and other internet communications by flooding the Download trunks of these highly priced/payed for lines by IT professionals managing these lines and restricting access to these topics.

B) Materials prohibited in most work places and schools due to the fact that Social/Dating are not allowed for teenagers for protection. The rest is obvious.
