Does the Republican Party support "Elected" Minority Leadership?

If so, what does the record reflect? If not, why not?

    Not at all they make Condi do the dishes after a White House social ;-). When it comes to the numbers game they support the party, just so happens not a lot of conservative minority members are elected.

    Not sure what you mean by minority leadership. Are you speaking racially or are you speaking about when they are the majority party, how they treat the minority party leaders.

    Republicans do not want blacks, but blacks who happen to be conservative. Republican can look past race and treat everyone the same. Why do Democrats place everyone into little buckets based on their race, religion and gender?.
