Definitely not bullying is bullying whether its online over the phone or in person the only difference I see is online you can hide who you are over the phone you can block your number in person you can be intimating bully's are only insecure people who have low self esteem.

Bullying is bullying no matter how its done....& so it is with attitudes of accepting the bullying.

People only do this to people they believe they can affect badly by doing it.

So you work on your attitudes & inner strength for his to not harm you.

First realize that a bully is a person that life has taught to have a poor opinion of themself.

Unfortuately some affected this way, react by hitting out to make others feel as rotten about themselves as they do.

To build inner strength take a quick look at all the CONFLICTING thoughts you allow in your mind.

As a recipe this could only create a mess.

So see your mind as a garden & thoughts as seeds. Some are food seeds that help us grow others are weeds that choke out the food.

With practice you can train your mind to be more directed toward the food seeds than weeds by deliberate weeding.

Write out traits you would like others to know you as, Look them up in dictionary/thesaurus for many ways of seeing same words & this helps you decide what you can do to make these traits become who you are.

You have made a project of your life & this adds up to an `interest' that takes up mind time you might have allowed weeds to grow in...& respect for yourself.

Make up affirmations to chant or sing (to yourself) to keep out the weeds.Short ones to have handy to uplift you. Or perhaps longer ones to create lasting basis for something.

IE.The sun is shining in me.

    I love everyone & everything.

I always do the perfect thing at the perfect time.

As you practice new ways of thinking watch how you grow stronger. People dont realize how they practice the thought patterns that get them what they dont want but they dont think to change them.

    Sorry the mind went blank,LOL

    All the best

    Oh...Of COURSE!

It is easy to get others to be "bully buddies" when they are anonymous.

It is also easier to say things when you can HIDE in being anonymous,

I think not, except that bullying to the extent that it intimidates the bullied person is hard to achieve.

No I don`t think its any diffrent being mean is being mean and makeing someone else feel like crap its the same thing no matter how you do it...

  • the only difference is that doing it on the internet is even more stupid... but i would said they both do the same amount of harm...

i don't think they're any different at all. they're just both cowards. i don't understand bullies. do they think they're cool when they do that? i don't get it. i can only see.....immaturity in them.
