    I don't think so, but maybe... After reading this question, I looked it up and found this article that says doctors in Solomon Islands used "coconut water" for a few days to keep a guy alive.

    this is fiction you can not substitute your blood with anything but a matching blood type or O- blood. Your body will automatically reject any foreign body being introduced otherwise.
