    This can be rewritten as 100,000,000! where n! or n factorial is defined as n(n-1)(n-2)(n-3)...3*2*1.

    It will be a very large number. You finish it with a load of dots, does this mean you intend the product to go on 'ad infinitum'? In that case, it will be an arbitrarily large number. Or infinity, to put it more crudely.
