Where do you plan to keep this tiger? It is illegal to own a tiger in most areas.
Go to a local zoo to see if you can sponsor a tiger.

DO NOT ACQUIRE A PET TIGER OR LION. They are NOT good pets, no matter what you see or what anyone tells you. When the kitten reaches maturity their brain will switch into the "predator" mode and look out. They can seem fine, then all of a sudden, they'll eat your face off. See what happened to Sigfried and Roy? Wild animals are NOT to be trusted. They're wild and should remain so.
Tigers are the most beautiful cats there are, but they are endangered and belong in the wild and left alone by man.
The Tiger Temple in Thailand is run by monks who love and care for hurt or orphaned tigers, and also raise them for release into the wild. If you "really" care about Tigers, donate money to them for their more-than-worthy cause. Their website is: http://www.tigertemple.org/Eng/index.php
The beautiful "big cats" of the world need our help and our understanding that they are wild and belong in the wild. Help protect them by NOT getting them as pets or subjecting them to captivity.
When I worked at the Zoo I took care of several cats, a Jaguar and a Tiger, which had been pets owned by movie stars. It was so sad because they had had their fangs pulled out and their claws removed. They could not defend themselves against the other big cats in the cages with them and therefore could not even breed and produce new kittens. They were also very dangerous, because, unlike the other cats, they had no fear of man. Captivity is no place for such magnificent animals. Not in your home, and not in a zoo.
Help these wonderful animals, and donate your money to help save them.
Take care.
