Cramping in Early Pregnancy....is this normal??
I am currently beginning my 5th week of pregnancy. I am having period type cramps, but not as severe as during my actual period. Should I be concerned?? Is this normal? What are some of the reasons this would occur?

I'm 6w6d and TRUST ME cramping is normal. Annoying as it may be! My partner panics too and It's fair enough but it's normal. Your body just has tto adapt to prepare for a new baby.

Cramping in early being pregnant is actual widespread. it ought to propose a pair of issues. the two you're no longer pregnant and are gearing up on your prevalent menstrual cycle or you have a fertilized egg that's attempting to attach itself on your uterin wall. the two way the cramping is in all likelihood widespread. If it persists or will become an increasing style of painful you have the desire to make an appointment inclusive of your OB/GYN to rule out eptopic being pregnant, which motives painful cramping besides.

absolutely normal. The only reason I knew I was pregnant was because I had very severe cramps and thought I was getting my period, but it never came. No need for concern!

As long as you are not bleeding, you are fine. Your uterus is growing making room for baby, that is what is causing the cramping (light dull cramping) and or ligament pains(ligaments stretching) most likely this will continue throughout your whole pregnancy!!! Good Luck and Congratulations on your pregnancy!!!
