Which is OVERALL better for the price?
Which has more functionality?
Which works better with Photoshop?
Which can keep the screen from getting scratched up the most!
Specific Notebooks or Tablets that are good for everything that i just mentioned!

notebook would be much better and you will get more for your money. the screens get scratched more on tablets
