Does anyone know of a flashdrive that has password protection on it that comes with the flashdrive and if so what is the flashdrive called and do you have a link to some information about the flashdrive?

I have been growing my hair out for about a year now and have been too lazy to go get it trimmed to prevent split ends. So as a result I now have really bad split ends and is very damaged!!! I was wandering how much of it I should get cut off when I goto the hair stylist?

Does anyone have any tips for when I blow dry it how to get it straighter and its like mainly the hair in the back and on the sides thats curled it drives me crazy because its never straight!!!!
