does bacteria resist against antibiotic if exposed to it repeatedly?

    Yes. There are already many resistant strains of bacteria to many different kinds of antibiotics. In fact, it is a very serious public health issue. Many bacteria become resistant secondary to over prescribing antibiotics when they are not needed (i.e. for a viral cold) The hospitals usually reserve special antibiotics for difficult strains of bacteria, but unfortunately many come with side effects, which can cause other problems.
