Are you aware of this law?

Hi fluffycat. I was aware there are communication laws forbidding such illegal behavior, but I didn't know the specific Acts. Thank you for posting them. Don't let these abusive, illegal, psychos get you down. Those who send abusive emails are probably sad pathetic freaks living in a basement, eating canned meat and spending every waking moment on yahoo harassing people. They should have their entire IP address blocked from yahoo answers. This kind of sick behavior is unacceptable.

That's good to know because I actually got an unsolicited, aggressive email from someone on this forum, this morning. Needless to say I ignored it as l didn't want to be brought down to that level

Whilst harrassment is illegal, unwelcome and unpleasant. You can neatly sidestep being harrassed on Yahoo Answers by simply disabling the email and IM functions on your profile.

Im a Legal Exec, hun so i am aware of this Law. I wasn't going to answer this question but i saw the first answer and would like to know what the f ucking hell the twats problem is - damn freak !!!

Last night was terrible in this section- it was utter madness. None of the questions seemed legitamate. I don't think the trolls are aware that what they are doing is illegal.

There is an extreme amount of nonsense posted by both sides of most issues. I doubt that the law applies to this forum. If so probably half of the posters here have been guilty at one time or another.
