Is Clemens in trouble???

He may not be in trouble legally due to the statute of limitations, but I don't think his wife is gonna be too happy about this(assuming she didn't know about this before now).

And will everyone please stop saying that Clemens used steroids like it's true. No one has any proof so therefore, we don't know whether he did or not & thus you're rushing to judgement on the matter.

I doubt he can be prosecuted for it. If she was 15 years old when they started having sex, it would have been so long ago that the statute of limitations has run out.

That doesn't mean he will not have egg on his face when all is said and done. The public doesn't look too kindly on a 28 year old, married father having sex with a 15 year old high school freshman. Not Good.

I think most of his trouble is going to come from his wife. As far as her age, it will be hard to prove that it happened at all, let alone when she was 15. Also, it was almost 2 decades ago. I'm sure their is some sort of statute of limitations.

All this is going to prove is that he is not the great guy he claims to be. He took roids, affair w/ his wife w/ a 15 yr. old girl. This is just to show hes a liar and prove more that he cant be trusted and that he lied under oath.

Clemens is in serious trouble hes cheating his wife he took steroids even though he is very old he is dating a country signer who is 15 and he is a bad pitcher just because he has 7 Cy young awards doesn't mean he is a good pitcher

You are so right on! I have yet to hear that even brought up by any media, especially ESPN. It's disgusting, that's child rape and this guy is getting more and more disgusting as the days go by, I sincerely hope he does jail time. Scum

He is white.. nothing will happen..But if that was Bonds.. Remember how his daughter was threatened at the park..Remember how his son was treated... But Clemens is white and this a white country

Great pitcher, lousy excuse for a person. he'll probably claim he can't remember having sex with her like he did on the 'roids issue....if it's all true he deserves a jail term at the very least......

i dont know because i wasnt there..why is this person coming forward now? not saying it is not true but i need to hear all the story in a courtroom
