i guest nothing because many believe the knights templar is a conspiracy only. i do believe that group did not existed. but , anyway, some groups could have adopted the name and made it their own.

While there might be individual groups, they are definitely not THE Knights Templar, a military order who owed their allegience to the pope and died out in 1314, after they were accused of heresy and many members burned at the stake. The SCA however as a whole is a secular organization with no affiliations with the Roman Catholic Church
