So now FOX news is fair and balanced?

O'Reilly just squared off with Clinton in an enjoyable little chit chat. Obama was on FOX news last week evenn though the party and his supporters were strongly against it. Does going on FOX news mean that Clinton and Obama are trying to show an image of being balanced moderates? Does their presence mean that FOX news is fair and balanced? Is anyone completely disgusted with both Clinton and Obama for appearing on FOX news programs? Why do you think it is wrong for them to be on FOX news?

Well lets wait and see if Obama goes head to head with O'Reilly before we pass judgment. And no I'm not disgusted at all, it shows courage to go on O'Reilly as he does not care one way or another who he upsets.

I don't think there's any problem w/ Hillary or Obama going on Fox news. Who cares what the extreme left-wing of the party thinks? (and I say this as a long-time democrat). I''m glad HIllary went on O'Reilly. It shows she can take a punch. O'Reilly was kind of obnoxious and rude at times in the interview, and at times wouldn't allow her to finish her answer before he jumped in, although I think that was just part of his strategy--to ask tough questions. So, I don't have a problem with it. Obama has yet to be on O'Reilly, although he did the interview w/ Wallace. Hillary was also interviewed by Greta Van Susteran awhile back.

CNN has been so biased this election season that I watch them less and have started watching FOX more. I used to detest FOX, but now think they are more fair than CNN on certain issues, and they don't give Obama a pass on everything like the rest of the media does.

Guess when you can't get fair coverage from CNN and MSN- you look to see what is on FOX. The only reason that you would be offended upon their appearances on FOX is if you did not have an open mind to listen to various news outlets- this is only a small representation of what is out there.

I look at more than one source to base an opinion off of; if I only chose to listen to a newscaster without looking further I would be a close minded and simple individual.

Do us all a favor and research a little one your own, becoming an informed voter/citizen is a great thing. It shows responsibility.

Fox News is the only one that has fairly covered the Dems. In the general, they will surely slant towards McCain, however, CNN and MSNBC has been shameless in their clear bias in favor of Obama and strongly against Clinton. They don't even care to hide the fact that they are unobjective and favor one over the other. Its disgusting. Olberman is the worst of all. Typical angry, irrational liberal.

I used to hate FOX. They were so biased against Kerry 4 years ago, but the way CNN and especially MSNBC have been stuck up Obama's butt has made me open my eyes. You ask if I'm disgusted at Obama and Clinton for going on FOX. It would be stupid to not go on a network with 3 times the viewership. MSNBC disgusts me. Go Hillary!

  • Fox is a fine place for them to be and I think being willing to go under the knife with O'Reilly proves that Hillary is willing to answer tough questions. I still don't like her, but...

Remember when Soros and Moveon told the dems not too debate on Fox? They only hurt themselves.

Hillary did more to help herself in 20 minutes last night than anything she has done in the last 20 years.

I'm not disgusted with it. I think that since they went on Fox news they were satisfied. The reason why is because I think that Fox was worried that because Obama didn't want to appear on the show, it made others look at Fox as "unfair and not balanced". When he finally took the offer, they were over joyed. It also made them feel good because it meant better ratings. I think they were getting worried about their image being tarnished because of Obama rejecting their previous offers.

Fox actually has been the only network giving fair coverage to Hillary. I had sworn off Fox news years ago, now they are what I mostly watch. Too bad MSNBC & CNN are so in the bag for that loser Obama. They have hurt there credibility with viewers.

I think it is okay to go on Fox. Why would anyone have a problem with it?
