What Can I Feed My Kissing Gourami Besides Flakes?

We currently have 3 Kissing Gourami's and they are probably the biggest they will get. Lol! I currently only feed them the Tropical Flakes and was wondering if there was anything else I can feed them like real vegetables and etc? I have tried giving them the freeze dried worms things, but it doesn't seem like they care for them. If I do give them fresh vegetables, do I just cut it real small and put it in the water? Any info would be great. Thanks!

I seen Kissing Gouramis at 8 inches long at a Hospital near my aunts house, and they were huge in a 75 gallon tank.

You can feed them cucumber and zucchini slices, bloodworms, brine shrimp, etc.

You can drop the veggies in freshly sliced, or blanch it in hot water for 10 seconds than drop it in.

Any kind of frozen food (try bloodworms). If you do cut up veggies for them, make sure you use a suction clip. You don't want the fish bobbing for the veggies floating at the top of the tank. This can cause swim bladder. Try cucumber and zucchini slices.
