    The only time I see many lights in the dark is from static. Don't know what you are experiencing. And a half skeleton lady??? Never had that happen. What you should do is turn to Jesus Christ, pray, and read the Bible. I'm glad you stopped reading tarot cards.

    It's a question but also meant to be exclaimed. Gramatically incorrect but often used in informal texts and comics.

    When a question mark and exclamation point are next to each other, it's an interobang. I believe the question mark goes first (?!).

    they are two separate symbols, the first is exclamation point and the second interrogation symbol
