I wouldn't say Vanity Fair is exactly a "children's magazine" and that's exactly why I have no clue why Miley Cyrus of all people was photographed and featured in the magazine. Vanity Fair is aimed toward adults, definitely not children, and even by simply flipping through one of the first pages of the magazine, you would see that it's not intended for children--with it's political humor and mature topics.

I'm guessing not many. but when I was a kid I would buy any magazine that featured the stars that I liked.
