When does it stop? someone please help!!?

Ok, I am almost 6 weeks pregnant and I have been having period-like cramps, only not as severe, since before I found out I was pregnant. I am also constantly up and down throughout the night needing to go to the bathroom or vomiting...... When will this stuff begin to go away? Will it ever go away? Has anyone else had cramps like this before in early pregnancy?? Should I be worried?? Please HELP!

I had cramps in early pregnancy and I still get them from time to time. As long as it is not severe or accompanied by any bleeding you should not worry.

As far as getting up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night.... well it got better for me in the 2nd trimester. Instead of getting up 6-7 times during the night I was only getting up about 2 times or so. Now I am almost 26 weeks pregnant and I have begun getting up more again due to the increased pressure on my bladder. The vomiting typically gets better in your 2nd trimester when your placenta takes over. I was 14 weeks when I started feeling normal again. Good luck!!!

the first trimester is the worst of all three. The first three or four months you may feel like that. I threw up for the entire nine months. For some people, its only for 3 or 4 months. the dr. had prescribed some medication for my nausea but honestly i didnt take it because i wanted a natural birth and u never know if it affect the baby.

I suggest you see a doctor right away, because you could suffer a miscarriage. The vomiting usually subsides around the second trimester, try eating saltine crackers for the nausea. Good luck

honey i hope it goes away too!! although i'm not vomiting, i have bad cramps and i hope it goes away too!!! I've been to see the gyno and they assure me it's "normal" however i'm having a scan to make sure it is not eptopic (in the fallopian tubes instead of the uterus) and you should too just to be sure
