what does "Hacked by IIC Team" mean on IE?

My internet explorer browser displays "Hacked by IIC Team" on every page I load.

Have I been hacked? This is a public computer so it doesn't matter too much to me personally, but I was wondering if it is a virus, maybe spyware taking down my passwords?

    Yes, it has been hacked. Stop using it.

    BTW you sould NEVER use IE6, it's a disaster from a security point of view.
