**Edit- I did see your other post...Yes, of course Virgo's can be leaders, and often are...Just because you're the "sign of service" doesn't mean that you can't "serve" people by leading them...politicians, doctors, military leaders are all "public servants"...**

Virgo Leader

The Virgo for the analytical thinking. Capricorn for professionalism. Taurus for their dependability. I'd go with the Virgo since their analytical thinking is probably better than acting professional or appearing dependable. They'll have plenty of tricks up their sleeves if any of their team gets into a bad spot, so they'll acquire that dependability as well as respect. The Capricorn's professionalism is more useful if having to be the leader meant you'd be negotiating with the people who put your team in that bad spot. The Taurus will be pulling through all the time, but it can be a really close call at some points.

im a leo and my boss is a virgo, he's actually a good leader, he's organized and straight forward, no BS with him, he has an evil sense of humor that makes me laugh, but when its time to work he gets u going...he knows how to get everyone motivated too....he gets aggressive when neccessary and thats what actually makes me like him, he knows when to joke and when to be assertive...so ya, he always puts me in charge when he leaves, so i like that he recognizes that too...so they can, and they can be good at it!

the virgo in my life has saved it, i know how to be tough but i did'nt have fundermental strength and used to turn to 'substitutes' instead...you have to be strong just to listen to someone tell you how it is with out any bulls**t, and i would put my life in his hands and vice-versa!!
