how do you clean your lcd monitors at work?

I've been told to NEVER use cleaners w/alcohol or Windex on computer screens.

There's an alcohol, ammonia-free cleaner called Monster iClean that you can get at places like Best Buy.

I've always used a soft piece of cloth-like material, without any cleaner on it. Just make sure you don't press much.
