i'm going through the same thing right now and i live in nyc and some of them even want up to $7500 which is ridiculous. what i've learn that you could save alot of money if you could get somebody who would take your pictures and put them in cd and the rights to the pics then you could print them by yourself. and a 4X6 picture could be like 12-15 cents in places like walmart or online. then you could do your own album and you won't have to spend so much money on a photograper.
