How to increase your blood pressure?
I have hypotension (100-80/70-50 mmHg) so I want to increase my blood pressure. I have read to eat more salt but this doesn't help much. Also I've read to do some aerobic exercise but that actually worsen then condition.

If you have consistent hypotension and have been medically diagnosed as such, talk to your doctor and see if medication is necessary. There are meds called vasoconstrictors, such as adrenergic drugs, that constrict the blood vessles, and subsequently increase BP.
However, your blood pressure doesn't seem too low. In some of the client's I have cared for, I have seen BP's as low as 80s/40s and the physicians consider that "normal" for them...
The best thing to do is talk to your doctor and see if your hypotension is considered severe enough for medical treatment...This may depend on your medical history/other medical conditions.

If it's diet, then not usually. But if it's the regular kind, then yes. Usually if you look at the nutritional info on the side, it will tell you many carbs and sugars are in the product. If it's over thirteen and your blood sugars aren't low, I wouldn't suggest consuming the product. Also, just some info for the answerers above, diabetes is more about blood sugar than blood pressure. There is a difference.

Licorice, up to 20ml a week of the 1:1 tincture. Ephedra would also work but it's a schedule three and dangerous for a lot of people. Incidentally, your higher pair of figures is not what i'd call low - mine's about that too.

hi there,
I have low blood pressure too. and I maintain my blood pressure by not eating food that can lower you blood level, such as celery, parsley,
and my blood level goes down, I eat beef liver, lamb meat, spinach and casava. the work for me really good. I don't consume any artificial vitamin or protein pills or stuff like that. All that i consume is natural food.
