What are you doing for your mother, wife, daughers or grandmother's, for Mother's Day?

I just don't feel like shopping this year. I think we will be giving them money.

Update:

My grandmother is 81 years old. Money is the best thing for her. She's had a lifetime of Flowers, Candy, Clothes, etc. She likes to shop for herself. My mother-in-law is on a fixed income, so money will do her good, and I've bought my mother, gold, jewelry, flowers, etc. I figure she could use the money to buy gas or treat herself to lunch, dinner, manicure, etc.

Update 2:

Sorry to those of you who've lost your mothers and grandmothers.

My mother is no longer with me, I'll be taking flowers to the cemetery. I would love to be bothered with shopping.

What memory's do you want when they are no longer with you.

My aunt has took over my mother's role since her death. My cousins and I are buying her a yard swing that she has wanted for a month. She has worked really hard on her gardening and this will be the finishing touch.

There's just my daughter and myself. She is not a mother yet. She took me to see Cabaret at a local theater on Sunday. It was one of the best Mother's Day presents yet.

    Flowers.

Giving people money is really impersonal.
