can female sterilisation be reversed, and if so is it sucessfull?

It depends on what type of sterlisation you're talking about... Like using a form of birth control like depo, or the patch, or pills... yes, most definitely a female can become fertile again.. If you're talking about a getting her tubes untied... it can be done.. and it can be successfull, but its not 100% gauranteed.

yes it can be done, however the nhs wouldn't fund it (as far as i know) i'm not sure of the success rates though, also
it's worth noting that ivf can be done with a sterilisation, or without, so worth considering both really, if opting for the reversal i'd ask about using clomid afterwards
also depending on egg, and other stuff she might be able to do it with egg donation which would work out cheaper, i'd adivse her or both of you to have a word with your dr and all of these options, or maybe a fertilly specilst would be more helpful on which would give the best reults and best success rates - goodluck

hi there i had a reversal done in november last year and fell pregnant in the jan so it worked for me it cost just under 3000 but worth every penny.i misscarried at 14 weeks but was told it wasnt anything to do with the reversal hope this helps

Steralisation can be reversed but the NHS will not do it for free- you would have to pay. (Think its around £3000)
There is a slight chance that conceiving could be more difficult after steralisation
