Are Hillary supporters going to end our chances for a win in November?
From day one I have said if Obama loses the nomination to Hillary I would vote for her..All I see on here are Hillary supporters saying "I'll vote Mccain" or "I'm staying home" if Obama gets the nomination..My question is will the Hillary supporters give this election to Mccain if Hillary doesnt get the nomination?

That's not true. I'm a Hillary supporter voting for Obama should he get the nod. I think people are taking this election in too simplistic terms and seeing what they want to see.

CNN polls last night showed 70% of Hillary supports would vote for Mccaine ( not OBama) or not vote at all.
58% OBama supporters said they WOULD vote for Hillary
I am Hillary supporter - I really don't know what I will do. I am equally against OBama and Mccain
Thoughts:
I think Hillary support is strong, she has been in the public eye for years -When she took NY Senate - I knew the presidency would follow. Her supporters have believed in her for years - a loss for her supporters is personal. This is the reason for the 70%

Hillary supporters are some of the most backward bigots I have ever seen. Clinton and Obama have essentially the same policy but you would rather vote for mccain over a black man. I would have easily voted for clinton if she had not gone negative and I still would with a little time for the anger to subside. If mccain is the president we are all screwed. The president has to wear a lot of hats not just commander and chief mccain has no idea how to deal with any of the other issues besides iraq and even that plan sucks.

The democrats have let this war of rivals go to far, now it has turned into a no win situation. If Obama is turned down now, it will divide the party, and you will see the republicans with the strong hold. Hillary is dishonest with herself. How can she say she won Michigan out right when Obama wasn't on the ballot. Mi. and Fl. violated the rules, if they were to turn this around it would be a violation of the party, and would tell the American public we make the rules as we go. I don't beleive they are that dumb.

Never realized that the democratic party had so many "back stabbers"; i.e., Hillary supporters turning on her for their own gain or in the guise of " for the good of the party". Screw the party! The wounds will not heal if B.O. is the nominee.
Clinton OR McCain in '08.
These are conservative estimates:

Yes i will vote for McCain if Hillary looses out . why because i want a president that has some morals and one i can TRUST.

We will see if Hillary truly was their leader. She has said she WILL SUPPORT the Dem nominee no matter who it is and that should be a simple fix when she endorses Obama. However, we will see if the shepherd really tends to her flock or just let the wolves(Reps) have at them.

No way. If Hillary loses, I will support Obama. The choice between him and McCain couldn't be more obvious. You'd have to be out of your mind to vote for McCain over him.

I was waiting for this question to come up. No, Obama will hurt his own party. It kinda tells you something if 60% of Hillary supporters will go to McCain in the fall.

Unfortunately yes. I think overall McCain will come out being the winner here, because many people don't trust Barack Obama. Some of it has to do with race, but much of it is because of the associations with people like Bill Ayers, and Rev. Wright. But I think in the end, McCain will take the presidency.

No, I don't think so. But I bet Hillary might run as an independant. All that matters to the Clintons are, of course, the Clintons. They couldn't give two Sh#ts out of a Rats A$$ for the democratic party.
