YEA! i just started donating in march so ive only gave a pint i think. last week i got my donor card in the mail and i have another appointment on the 22nd! i love to help others, and it is not painful and is actually really relaxing for me! isnt it amazing how many people you can save with just one donation? p.s im 29 years old and i have always wanted to donate, but was told i did'nt weigh enough. i guess i now know why god gave me an extra ten pounds and i would'nt trade those pounds for anything, cuz now i can help!

I once tried to give blood but I freaked out and panicked at the sight of the needle and couldn't go through with it. I felt so terrible afterwards! Maybe I will try again sometime but probably not.
