Getting Big Curls in Hair?
I have fairy long, thick, layered hair, with bangs that I can't go without, because I have a huge forehead. It's naturally curly, but mostly it poofs and firzzes instead of curls. I want to get big loose waves from prom, but don't want to buy a curling iron. Does anyone know a really good way to get my hair like this using bobby pin curls or large curlers? I really don't want to have to go out and buy a big curling iron. Thanks!
I want the curls to look something like this...http://img178.imageshack.us/img178/937/unor9.png

if you have a flat iron, that could work too... The secret is actually getting a wrap. It's usually in the ethnic section of a drugstore, I personally like Motion's, but you could ask around. What this will do is hold your hair how you place it... In a way, harder to explain than I thought. I would use a defrizzer/sleeker to tame the need to poof out. You are gutzier than me, I paid to get mine looking right... you may try popping into a salon and asking them for tips too.

in case you do no longer decide to spend any money moist your hair and then wrap some hair around your palms and wait some seconds and then enable it curl down! enable it dry of course and it will go away huge curles!
