  • Multilevel list on Word 2007?

Every time I go to create a multilevel list in Microsoft Word 2007, I hit the tab key to indent the second line. However, it indents the sentence on the second line, not the bullet. Even if I select multilevel list on the paragraph bar, it goes back to bulleted list if I try to indent the second line. Any ideas how to fix this? It's so annoying.

  • Valentines Day Gift Ideas for BF?

I have never dated a guy for Valentines Day, so I have no idea what to get him. It'll be 3 months when Valentines Day hit, but we met in August when school started. He doesn't really like sweets, and its a pain to cook in the dorm. He likes NASCAR and the Dallas Cowboys, but I got him something sports related for Christmas. I'd kinda like to stay with a reasonable budget. Any ideas would be great!

  • Hair for Wedding (as a guest)?

My aunt is getting married and I have no idea what to do with my hair. Its an evening wedding, but its not super formal. My dress has thin straps and a square neckline. I have medium long hair with layers. I also have bangs that I normally straighten and wear to the side (I can't go without them). My hair is naturally wavy, but most of the time it poofs and frizzes. The hair style has to be somewhat durable, because I have to get ready in the late afternoon, then walk across a windy campus, take an exam, run back, sit in the car for 3 hours, then change at the wedding location. I'll have time to touch it up when I get there, but not time to do a complicated hair style.

    Any ideas? Thanks!

  • New Hair Style for Curly Hair with Bangs?

I have had the same hiair style for years and I'm sick of it! I have thick poofy wavy hair, which I wear a few inches below the shoulder, with a lot of layers cut in. The problem is that I have a huge forehead, and a really far back hair line, so I have to have bangs. I have longer bangs which I angle down to blend with my layers, and I straighten them in the morning. My hair naturally parts down the middle.

Here's a picture of what my bangs look like: http://s147.photobucket.com/albums/r307/orlandoluv...

I would love to get it cut something in between this: http://www.imdb.com/media/rm4195261696/nm0015196 and this: http://www.instyle.com/instyle/about/inthisissue/0... but I'm not sure.

Does anyone have any suggestions or picture of hair styles that they think would work. I really want something kind of different, but not super different.

  • Getting Big Curls in Hair?

I have fairy long, thick, layered hair, with bangs that I can't go without, because I have a huge forehead. It's naturally curly, but mostly it poofs and firzzes instead of curls. I want to get big loose waves from prom, but don't want to buy a curling iron. Does anyone know a really good way to get my hair like this using bobby pin curls or large curlers? I really don't want to have to go out and buy a big curling iron. Thanks!

I want the curls to look something like this...http://img178.imageshack.us/img178/937/unor9.png

  • Synching iPod onto a new computer?

I have a new iPod nano. I have it synched on my desktop, but I recently got a laptop for school, and am going to stop using my desktop. I know that iTunes has it blocked so that your iPod can't be synced to more than one computer, but is there a way to unsync my iPod with my old computer and sync it with my new computer? Also, if I do that, will I lose any of my purchased songs, movies, ect? I don't want to do that until I'm sure that all of my files will be transferred onto my new computer. Thanks!

  • Vectors and Equilibrant?

For a Physics lab, we were given these 3 vectors which we had to solve graphically to find the resultant. Then we have to fill up cups with the correct masses of dirt and use a force table to determine if we calculated the equilibrant correctly. My vectors were: 380g at 100º, 450g at 240º, and 525 at 352º.

My first trial was wrong. I've gone through and drawn the graph again. This time, I got the resultant to be 265g at 342º, and the equilibrant to be 265g and 162º. But, I checked using compontents and got a different answer. And when I used online vector calculators, I got 3 more different answers. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Here's a scan of the diagram that I drew...http://i147.photobucket.com/albums/r307/orlandoluv...

  • Friction, Inclined Plane, and Pulley HW question?

Q: You have an inclined plane with a pulley on top. Two masses are coming off the pulley. The 10kg mass is on the slope. The 50kg mass is hanging off the side of the inclined plane. The angle of the slope is 30 degrees. The coefficent of static is .6 and the coefficent of kinetic is .5

Does it move? If yes, then find the acceleration.

I have NO idea how to do this. I think that I get it in class, but then the homework never makes sense. If someone could talk me through this, that would be great.

  • Exercise for busy Teens?

Since school started, I have lost all ambition to exercise. But now, I am quickly gaining weight and belly fat (and stupid "love" handles). The problem is, I don't have a lot of time to exercise. I have a ton of school work and I have a part time job with a lot of hours. Most of the time, I'm just too tired to do anything.

Does any one have a great routine that works (I'd really like to get rid of some belly fat and love handles and gain more energy)? And please don't say running... I hate running (and by the time I get home from doing all my stuff, its dark and freezing cold out). I do have one of those mini stairmaster things though.

    Thanks!

  • Point to Line Homework Help (its a long question, btw)?

Find the bisectors of the angles formed by the lines (0,-4); (5,-1) and (-1,-6); (0,1).

Here's what I did so far: I found the slope of the 2 lines. For Ln1 I got a slope of (3/5) and for Ln2 I got a slope of 7. Then I wrote the equation for each line. Ln1 I has the equation y+4= (3/5)x. Ln2 I has the equation y-1=7x. I used point-slope form for both of these equations. Next, I set up the Point to Line formula. So I have:

ab. value (3x-5y-20) divided by the sq. root of 3sq + 5sq.

    EQUALS

ab. value (7x-y+1) divided by the sq. root of 7sq + 1sq.

Now this is where I'm confused. In the example that my teacher showed us, the lines were perpendicular and the bottom of the equations were equal, so they crossed out. But in this problem, the lines aren't perpendicular, and the bottoms of the equation work out to be RADICAL 34 and RADICAL 50.

So my question is (if you understand all of that) how do you do the problem from there? Or did I just mess the whole problem up? Please Help!

  • NYS Permit and Driving out of State?

I have a NYS learners permit and we're going to VT this weekend. Am I able to drive in VT? I tried to find in on the DMV website, but I couldn't find it.

Its not like I'm a new driver and not used to the roads. I've had my permit for over a year and 1/2 (stupid insurance costs). I just want to know, since my mom had arm surgury, and it hurts her driving for a long time, and I'm the only other driver in the house.

  • AIM problem?

Every time I'm logged onto AIM, it remains signed on for a few minutes, then tells me that I lost my connection, and signs me off then back on. Its really annoying. It did this last year, then stopped, and now its doing it again. It also does the same thing to my sister on her computer. we both use different versions of AIM, but it still does the same thing.

Is this an internet connection problem, or something else?

  • Do it Yourself Prom Hair Styles?

My prom's tomorrow and I have no idea what to do with my hair. I have a little below the shoulder, thick, wavy, hair with short layers and is really frizzy.

I tried googling some pictures, but a lot of them looked really complicated, and I need to be able to do it at home by myself (or with the help from my sister).

I normally wear my hair up, so I would like to wear it down for prom, but I'm open to up-dos also.

Any ideas or pictures would be great!!

  • Acid-Base Titration?

I'm trying to finish a lab report, and I haven't heard of about 1/2 the words on the lab sheet. In the lab, the equation reads: NaOH (aq) + HCl (ag) --> NaCl (aq) + water

1."Write the net ionic reaction for any neutralization reaction"

-- What is the net ionic reaction?

2."What occurs at the end poing of tritation?"

    -- Doesn't the solution reach a pH of 7?
