New Hair Style for Curly Hair with Bangs?

I have had the same hiair style for years and I'm sick of it! I have thick poofy wavy hair, which I wear a few inches below the shoulder, with a lot of layers cut in. The problem is that I have a huge forehead, and a really far back hair line, so I have to have bangs. I have longer bangs which I angle down to blend with my layers, and I straighten them in the morning. My hair naturally parts down the middle.

Does anyone have any suggestions or picture of hair styles that they think would work. I really want something kind of different, but not super different.

Update:

Thanks for the idea so far! But I forgot to mention that my sister straightened my hair once and it took FOREVER, and I wasn't that fond of it.

    i absoutley love them hair styles!

    i think if you have a bigger forehead, you should deff have bangs and i think that it would loook amazin, you could also get a hairdresser to fix your part to the side so you have side bangs and get them to make your hair thinner. its helpful trust me. my hair use to be SUPER thick and now that she made it thinner its alot better, i can do anything with it and it loooks healthyer.

    get layered side bangs, and straighten it because curly hair with a straight side fringe looks good. x

    LOL my sisters (twins) have the same hair style as u. they mostley straighten their hair almost every week, then they could do whatever with it, when they dont have it straight, they just put it in a bun but they dont have bangs

    your first pic wont work but you could straighten your hair near the top or straighten your hair and then get a curling iron with a big barrel and add a few curls :) hope i helped
