Exercise for busy Teens?

Since school started, I have lost all ambition to exercise. But now, I am quickly gaining weight and belly fat (and stupid "love" handles). The problem is, I don't have a lot of time to exercise. I have a ton of school work and I have a part time job with a lot of hours. Most of the time, I'm just too tired to do anything.

Does any one have a great routine that works (I'd really like to get rid of some belly fat and love handles and gain more energy)? And please don't say running... I hate running (and by the time I get home from doing all my stuff, its dark and freezing cold out). I do have one of those mini stairmaster things though.

    im just like u.. VERY busy with school and work and such..

    so at night right b4 bed i do a few hundred situps to target those areas and firm up.. and i use 8 lb. weights for my arms. then every other day i go jog/walk a couple miles and eat very healthy.

    Oh my goodness, I'm in the exact same boat. I try to do sit-ups before bed (I love those things) and when I wake up. While I'm at work I try to remember to tighten up my abs as I walk and while I'm sitting at school I do the same things with my thighs. It's not much but it's better then nothing.
