Yes & no.
No, not before Creation, according to the Holy Bible. That would be a different doctrine of some sort.
The Bible writes that God is from Eternity (past our mental comprehension). So? From before God created the heavens & the earth.
The Christian belief is that God the Father, Word & Holy Spirit are from eternity. (Colossians1+) before all things visible & invisible.
And things invisible & visible were created by God. God created everying by the Faith of God & by the Word of God. And everything visible, was first invisible. Hebrews11:1+
Yes... But the Word of God did come to earth & put on flesh & became one of us (around 2000yrs ago). Jesus was like the first Adam, not being born from a mans seed. Jesus didn't have the sin nature. Jesus is the Seed of the Woman (Born of a virgin, conceived of the Holy Spirit) as prophecied in Genesis3:15. So, He overcame the curse of sin & death. By being made a curse for us (being hung on a tree). And He raised from the dead, since He was without sin.
So? Father God highly exalted Jesus (after He suffered the cross bearing our sins & raised from the dead for our justification) with the Name above all names. That at the Name of Jesus, every knee shall bow & tongue confess, "Yeshua Messiah Yahweh!" to the Glory of God the Father.

God became a man as promised
"Unto us a child will be born, a son given, and he will be mighty God, the wonderful counselor, the everlasting father, and the prince of peace." Isaiah 9:6
If God loved cows and they had the ability to sin, he would have become a cow to die for their sins and to offer to come into their hearts to be their best friend as he does for man.
Revelation 3:19&20 in Jesus amazing grace John chapters 3 & 10 the more abundant life for us anyplace (even visiting the cow pasture)

Not God but his son Jesus... following are some verses that may help.
-----------------------------------------------
Jesus said: because I have come down from heaven to do, not my will, but the will of him that sent me. - John 6:38
“For God loved the world so much that he gave his only-begotten Son, in order that everyone exercising faith in him might not be destroyed but have everlasting life. - John 3:16
And he added (God): “You are not able to see my face, because no man may see me and yet live.” Exodus 44:20
For details on Jesus' life here on earth you can look at the source below.

God took on the 'limitations' of man and came to earth (Jesus). He came to redeem us from our sins (Cross). He died, was buried, and rose again on the third day (Resurrection). God is___
God, the Father
God, the Son (Jesus)
God, the Holy Spirit

YES! It's called the Incarnation of the Son of God! In Christ, spirit and matter are united in an embrace that never ends. Christ wed himself to our humanity. We were created for bodily-incarnate love, therefore Christ gives us his divine fiery love through his body given up for us! God bless!

No.....God is NOT jesus.....or a man. He is God and you can look up his name in the dictionary under "Jehovah". Jesus is the son of god.
