    It depends on what the drug is. This can actually be a very serious side effect in certain drugs that are prescribed quite often. It can sometimes (depending on the drug) be a sign of atrophy of the muscle (wasting away of the muscle). So, depends on the drug, and I would inform your doctor of this in case it is a serious side effect and you might have to have your dosage adjusted, or be taken off of it completely. Bottom line, talk to your doc. :)
