    I would actually put the MONEY behind the colorful speeches of "No Child Left Behind".......

    instead of just giving the pretty speech, and then kicking the kids to the curb, so I could secretly divert the promised funds to pursue my illegal war in Iraq.

    Or I would actually HELP the people of New Orleans.

    but hey.......that's just me.
