Unresponsive Internet?

Every now and again my internet becomes unresponsive. The reply I get from the error report is -

C:DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERc5f4.dir00\iexplore.exe.mdmp

C:DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERc5f4.dir00\appcompat.txt

I cannot locate these files, and even if I could, I would not know what to do with them.

Please can anybody help me and tell me more.

Thanks a lot!

By that path name you've posted I'm guessing you're using an Administrator account. Sorry to say this but it serves you right for constantly using the Administrator account rather than a user account. Boot your computer in safe mode and delete everything in the following folders.

    C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files

    C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temp

Reboot the computer in normal mode.

Make a proper user account and start using that instead, the admin account is for emergency use only.
