Ladies I need shoe help !! I really want to wear high heels but they kill my feet.?

Everytime I wear high heels on a night out I end up cutting my feet to pieces, I have tried loads of different ones but I always end up with split feet, blisters and pain on the ball of my foot. I see other women dont seem to have a problem with this so please tell me what is the secret of buying high heels which dont cause these problems. Any advice would be great

You must be having sensitvie skin. I think that is the reason of your cuts and blisters.Try wearing high-heeled sandals made of cloth,i.e, their catches or strips that touch the upper side of your foot should be made of either silky, soft cloth or soft leather.I also wear those, and they are just lovely. Also dont forget to apply foot lotion before and after you've worn high heeled shoes or sandals.

A lot of women who grew up wearing sneakers have what is referred to as 'sneaker syndrom'. You've never had to be used to heels, and you're feet are probably fairly wide, because you're feet have always been in sneakers, and not confined to heels. If you start wearing heels or dress shoes, they will hurt for a while, but your feet will get used to it and they will become more comfortable as time goes on. Try to find heels that are made of a soft and flexable leather, not synhetic material, with a 2- 2.5 inch heel. You might need to get a wide width. Also shop for shoes at the end of the day. not the morning.

Not all heels have to be uncomfortable! Start with smaller heels and you will get better at walking in them. Find brands which fit your feet well and don't be shy about shelling out a few extra bucks to get the ones that fit you perfectly. With practice you will find shoes that you look amazing in and that don't hurt your feet. It is possible! Make sure you walk around for 5 minutes in shoes you are trying on, if they hurt after that short amount of time, they probably will kill your feet in the long run. Be patient, you will find shoes that work for you, and remember some shoes take a few weeks to break in, so don't discount them immediately.

Try getting a wedge heel, these are the most comfortable. Also, make sure that the shoe isn't too high. Also - buy knee high, skin-tone stockings to wear with them! Wearing heels without stockings can be very painful, but then slip on the stockings and you can wear them all night.

Brand new shoes will always kill your feet. You should try stretching them out first before you take them on a night on the town. You can also buy those Dr. Scholls products. I do. Its gel pads that you can put in your shoes that'll help with the pain. Good luck. Don't think you're the only one...it happens to all women.:-)

and even if u want to hve them on, wear them for a limited time like for an hour or two not more!

if u do its surely gonna cause some more pain when u turn old

maby now that summer is coming, you can go for sandals, or wedges, of just don't wear them for so long at a time, take them off when you can,

or choose a lower heel, i have a pair of kitten heels, like sandals, and they're really comfortable

or mayb you need the next size up, if they're too small, it kills

First, and I hate to say this, but price matters. Inexpensive heels will never be as comfortable as high-end designers. Second, if you are not athletically fit, it is difficult. I have seen, regardless of weight, that girls who are fit have little problem wearing heels, and girls who are not have problems, even if they are skinny.

maybe you can try a high heel shoes with flat bottom.

and from our Chinese superstitious before you wear your brand new shoes than you have to bite it first, so the shoes wont bite you or hurt you later when u wear it.
