1983 mercedes sedan not working?

i have a 1983 mercedes sedan that has been in my driveway for a year without using it. i tried to turn in on but it doesnt turn on. i tried on a new battery but it didnt work either. someone came over and said that the fuel injectors could be dirty or the fuel filter could be clogged how do u clean the injectors or unclogg the filters. or any other reasons why it doesnt turn on?

it starts but doesnt stay on it turns off i think it has to do something with the fuel

i know of about 6 bad gas,not a single one of the cyclinders were proplery done for leaving it in a no run condition you didnt put oil in each of the pistons before leaving it like you did a year ago. before storing it the way you did the fuel lines are stopped up and the fuel filter in the line at the tank is stopped up you need to check your cables from the battery to the starter they could have a defective section causing it not to start check the started see if it has a short in it. causing a no start condition check the points in the dist.also the cap could be bad corroded etc causing no start condition . good luck
