My Great Grandmothers' brother. So that would be an extended great grandfather to me, then her grandpa and grandma would be extended grandma and grandpa to me and her parents would be extended aunts and uncles to me so is she just an extended cousin or is there a degree like 3 or 4?

Your Great Grandmother's brother would be your Great Great Uncle. Her grandma and grandpa would be extended cousins to you....that would make her like your 3rd or 4th cousin I believe.
