anything can be self serving. think of all the pyschics that have found lost children, rid homes of negative energies, reuinited a family with the remains of their missing loved one, ect.

Anything can be self serving. Intent is really more at play when dealing with things like that.

It's not more self serving then a really strong guy. They can become a fireman or a police officer, or they can go into professional body building.

don't you know that everything we do is self serving? if we do something it's because somehow it is going to be beneficial to us, or we would not do it. why should using psychic powers be any different. Even if i used them to help someone else, i still did it for myself as well, because helping the other person made me feel good. don't try to delude yourself otherwise, it's a wasted effort.
