I just hope somebody sees it, and it helps them. Eventually. I have all the time in the internet to try.
Why answer a question when you know the asker doesn't want to hear your answer?
Considering you're pretty sure they're just going to pick the person who agrees with the insinuation in their clearly biased question in the first place?
39 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoCan a Skeptic say magic doesn't exist?
Wouldn't the skeptical point of view be that it's doubtful, unsubstantiated, and unlikely. Not just 'No'?
Flat out 'No' is really more of a Stoic arguement really...
10 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoWhen gay christians get to heaven?
After being celebate their entire lives, can they have the gay sex in the afterlife? Or will there be a segregated gay heaven?
7 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoI find it very awkward explaining to my niece?
why groups of teenagers are standing around screaming "It's Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve".
Can I ban extra-church organizations now?
18 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoHow are people who say God is good any different then Elihu?
He's a bit character in the book of Job. Picks up around chapter 32, and fairly good, if you ignore the parts where God is telling him to STFU later on in 42.
Christian version of God if you're wondering.
2 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoWhy is the world ending in December 2012?
Are you guy's planning on killing the last innocent that year? Can't it wait until after the new year?
25 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoWait wait wait... WTF?!?
"Allah hath set a seal on their hearts and on their hearing, and on their eyes is a veil; great is the penalty they (incur)"
"Of the people there are some who say: "We believe in Allah and the Last Day;" but they do not (really) believe."
"In their hearts is a disease; and Allah has increased their disease: And grievous is the penalty they (incur), because they are false (to themselves)."
So, this 'Allah' guy, makes people who expressly are unable to believe in him, with the intent to punish them?
Then he knows the ones who only pretend to believe, and he punishes them worse?
So what you're saying, is that Allah actively creates atheists with the sole intent to punish them later on. And that he will then punish them worse if they pretend to believe in him?
That's just cruel.
17 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoWho isn't possessed by Satan?
As that would have to be a much smaller group then the people who are told that they are possessed/misled/following Satan's influence...
Like constantly.
10 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoWho is it that's offering to cast all these love spells?
One side thinks spellcraft is pure BS, another side feels it's Satanic, and people that actually might do them are usually the first to say they don't do them.
Why is it that people still think they can get love spells to work? Why is it that people think they can ask other people to do it for them?
7 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoWho thinks the RAPTURE has already happened?
I mean, there's absolutely no reason that it hasn't already.
14 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoWhere are the druids?
The entire time I've been here, and all the religious beliefs I've seen come though R&S, I can't remember seeing a Druid?
I know they're out there, is there some reason they're not in here though?
6 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoSkeptics, which would you be willing to gamble on?
Which would you give better odds to? The existence of ghosts, or the infallibility of the Christian Bible?
20 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoHave you accepted Optimus Prime as your personal savior yet?
This has to be a drinking question by this point. Though I'm more a Primal person myself...
7 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoIf you have a relationship with Christ is witchcraft okay?
Seeing as there's no real religion saying there's no rule against it. I'm pretty sure Jesus never said anything about hexing my ex-boss.
19 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoWould you kill for God?
Exodus 32:27, Obadiah 1:8
You know he's going to ask sooner or later. It's just a matter of time.
27 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoUnder the New Covenant, is Divination allowed?
Seeing as a number of people feel it greatly supersedes the Mosaic Covenant.
6 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoChristians: How does it feel to know you're always right?
It's not like a little pride will hurt you. Jesus did die so you could keep on sinning, right?
16 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoWhy isn't the Holy Bible written by Satan?
No, seriously. Do you have proof it wasn't? He is the great deceiver, he could pull a fast one like that.
17 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoHow many people believe just because they're afraid to not believe?
Sure *YOU* believe, but what about the people around you? How many people are agreeing with what ever it is society believes because they're afraid to contradict the larger community?
10 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoDisbelief without evidence is an unforgivable sin?
"When Atheists time come and they die they will be sent to hell as punishment of the unforgivable sin."
- Nick G
So it's worse then Mass Murder, Serial Rape, Human Sacrifice, Necrophilia, Chain Saw Juggling, and Injecting Puppies with Syphilis? Combined.
Not he said 'the unforgivable' not 'an'.
