Will one day "cheats" ruins my diet plan.?

I am on a good diet and work out program. (1200 calories a day, 1 hour workout a day 6 days a week)

Today, I ate so much junk food, I had ice cream, french fries, Chinese food, Pizza etc.I totally feel bloated.

I am wondering if this one day crazy binge eating ruins my whole diet plan. How do I stay motivated and get back on track.

    One weak day will NOT ruin everything you have accomplished. We all have days like that. You may need to take it easy tomorrow, as in do a lighter workout, and make sure you eat lighter, too.

    Are you sure 1200 calories a day is enough to sustain you? It sounds a little low to me, especially since you are working out.

    If you like sweets, here are a few "healthy" choices for you. Peanut M&Ms and Peanut Butter cups both are high in protein and don't have that much chocolate or sugar in them. Also Three Musketeers are considered OK because they are so light and fuffy. Not as many calories and sugars as candy bars of the same size.

    U will never cheat if u

    Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals. Do not go on fast or starvation diet.

    Nothing other than water in between.

    No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition.

    Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day.

    U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free.

    Be patient and not in a hurry.

    U cannot choose spots for reduction.

    This schedule can be adopted on permanent basis to lead a healthy life and maintain weight.

    Not really-in fact most "diets" encourage it. 1 day cheats are good every now and then-but if you feel guilty your next cheat day just tone it down a little bit. You'll feel fine tomorrow!

    To loss the weight i think this option and its work for me:

    eat more fruit

    drink fresh juice

    get detoxification

    no junk food

    no milk

    no yogurt

    no soda

    drink natural water

    sport (like exercise, running, walking, aerobic, swimming)

    eat more salad

    good sleep

    the example eat menu :

    Breakfast

    Always same: juice presses fresh, as much as desirable, up to 14 ounce; fresh succulence as much as desirable, or salad fruit; when do you very hungry. When not make difficult, sometimes fun replaced fruit every day that eaten at morning

    Lunch

    Fresh fruit juice, or carrot juice, 4 - 8 ounce, when does desirable. Salad with fresh vegetable addition desirable and combination sandwich with cucumber or celery.

    Dinner

    Fresh vegetable cocktail juice, soup cream cauliflower. Potato boat or simple grilled chicken. Garlic flavor string bean. Salad green French.

    Just keep eating healthy the rest of today. It doesn't help to just forget eating healthy day and declare the day ruined, and eat whatever. I do it a lot too lol, I really shouldn't though.

    You already know never in order to skip breakfast, but it's also crucial that you eat within an hour of waking to boost your metabolism.

    Don't keep junk food inside your kitchen. If it's not generally there, you can't be tempted because of it.

    Tips for Loosing Weight

    You must count calories and at least in initial stages write down what you are going to eat and when then stay on that list. Your total calories for the week must not exceed, 1500 x 7 = 10,500 calories this will give you leave way to indulge at special occasions like wedding and parties, but you must write down what you eat and account for the calories latter and adjust the total intake next week.

    While at it build your body too, while reducing by doing body parts specific exercises.

    If you are not too old, then best way to reduce your weight is to increase your height.

    Vegetarians have a big advantage, in loosing weight, it cost less and they can satisfy the hunger more easily, some vegetables have only 1 calorie per pound, so they can fill themselves up with it before enjoying each meal, and never go hungry.

    Most people should take one a day water soluble multi-vitamins when on this program; they can be purchased at the pharmacy near you.

    How I went From Normal To Obese In 30 Years

    My experience:

    Home:

    No problem for first few years till 1975 year.

    Added a cup of coffee to my intake nothing changed 30 years later, 365 x 30 x18 = 197100 cal in that time frame = 54.75 pounds.

    All this 54.6 pounds of weight, more then the ideal weight can be attributed to a one tea spoon of sugar, in a cup of coffee every day.

    After adding some 60 pounds this way yeaster day only I started evaluating the weight gain and I came up with this calculations.

    How about those teaspoons of sweet nothings, sugar only?

    Kitchen:

    I had only one problem I did not work out that 18 cal every day by just straightening up the kitchen and scrubbing that kitchen sink very day and keeping it like new.

    Work Place:

    I had a parking place very close to the door so I did not get chance to walk enough to work those 18 cal off.

    School:

    Ha!, ha!!, ha!!!, this is where I acquire knowledge but my problem is that I just realized that 18 cal of sugar in coffee has made me fall in the obese category, from normal in 30 years.

    I use to walk 6 miles to school both ways up and I am not kidding, I lived at one end of the hill and school was at the other end of the hill. So up the hill down the hill to school and same thing coming back.

    You need to understand the weight loss mechanism. Believe me you can eat any thing and every thing as long as you do not eat more then you burn up by doing things (not necessarily exercises, but exercises are very good for you and provide a regimental way to loose weight).

    I am enclosing few of my article just for your info, please read them and you will understand the actual mechanism, and do what pleases you.

    Read my articles and do as you please, if you read between the lines then you will understand the weight loss mechanism.

    Once you understand some things it is easy to achieve it.

    It does not matter if you eat very little, but if you are use to 3 large hardy meals then after eating them your stomach send the signal to the system to provide blood to it. So doing any strenuous exercises can be dangerous. So it is not recommend, but a slow walk after eating is highly recommended. In the olden day it is a must about 15 minute or so.
