Though I must admit, this is dark, even for me..*puff corncob pipe*,

Is it possible that we require a God, and always have, to soften the impact of death, and suffering? To believe that all pain in the world corresponds to a great scheme of some sort, that all dead loved ones are all preserved somewhere, as we remember them, where we will reach them again?

Maybe our simian-originated brains are forced at the threat of insanity to sublimate this otherwise depressing universe.

Nothing can compel a human being to search for the God who is not known to them. The search for God is similar to the quest of man to conquer the Mount Everest, to decode the human genome, to find cures for diseases like AIDS, cancer etc., the quest to search for God comes from inside, no one compelled Sir Edmund Hillary to climb the mount Everest, no one compelled William Morton to do his pioneering research on Anaesthtics that led to painless surgeries. I hope you get my point. No one compels anyone to embark upon certain adventures, the inspiration comes from within, and that is why we strongly believe that God resides within a man, there is no need to look for God outside ones own self.

The search of god begins when a man finds himself in troubles. The reason being is very simple. A man expects something from someone. But when it doesn't come he becomes sad. And at one stage,he thinks why all these things happen in the world. This makes to think him who created this world which results in the searching of God.Finally man(not everyone) finds that god is nowhere but in his mind only.

the very fabric of society :rich and poor poeple

people search god to find why some people face difficulty in life while other people r enjoying the life to the fullest. in order to achieve the same, people search for some miracles. Miracles can get people nearer to GOD.

It's in human nature to try and find the unknown, be it a mystery,a puzzle or a concept like God.All human inventions, discoveries and accumulated knowledge is based on this human trait and shall continue to be,though tools may change.

God, when He created man, created a vacuum that only He can fill. People search for God because God made us with an innate desire to fill that vacuum. Many try to fill it in other ways...sex, food, drugs, alcohol, money, things, entertainment...but only God will truly satisfy it.

  • I didn't find Him.

    He found me.

    I don't search for Him.

    He is already with me.

And He IS very well known to me.

What compels some human beings to deny something exists simply because they have no experience with it? That's like saying chocolate doesn't exist simply because you've never tasted it.

He seeks us first. He is the one that draws us to Him, without that we would never find Him. We are born with an emptiness that can only be filled with God- no matter how hard we try and fill it with something else.

Anyone with the least amount of intelligence is intrigued by birth and death.More so by birth wherein one wonders -what came first-the chi ken or the egg.

    This prayer compels me:

    The moment I wake up

Before I put on my makeup

I say a little pray for the atheist

    While combing my hair now,

And wondering what dress to wear now,

I say a little prayer for you

Forever, and ever, you'll stay in my heart

    and I will love you

Forever, and ever, but on Judgement Day we'll part

    Oh, how I love you

Together, forever, that's how it must be

    To live without you

Would only mean heartbreak for meeeeee.

I run for the bus, dear,

While riding I think of you dear,

I say a little prayer for you.

At work I just take time

And all through my coffee break-time,

I say a little prayer for you.

Forever, and ever, you'll stay in my heart

    and I will love you

Forever, and ever we'll have to part

Come Judgment Day, Oh, how I'll love you

Together, forever, that's how it must be

    To live without you,

Would only mean heartbreak for me.

I say a little prayer for you

I say a little prayer for you

My darling believe me, (believe me)

For the atheist, there is no Creator out there

Shame, but you want someone to love you (so pray)

You'll find love, repent! (God will answer your prayer)

Answer their prayer, now God (answer their prayer)

Forever, and ever, you'll stay in my heart

    and I will love you

Forever, and ever we’ll have to part

Come Judgment Day how I'll love you

Together, forever, that's how it must be

    To live without you

Would only mean heartbreak for me (oooooooooh)
