share bad boss stories please?

well i work in a doctors office where the boss is the doctor..he is a foreigner from india...he seems to have no respect for women for some reason..he tells the women that work here that we are dumb, not smart, stupid, he comments on what we are wearing like it is ugly...and he picks on some of the new people or younger women...sounds too bad to be true but it is :( I HATE MY JOB lol
