remember logbA = c really means b^c = A since we can not see the base , we assume it's 10

    33.) log2x = -1 means 10^-1 = 2x or .1 = 2x so x = .05

    34.) 2logx = -1 means logx = -.5 and 10^-.5 =x making x = 1/sqrt(10)

    35.) log(3x+1) = 2 means 10^2 = 3x + 1 or 100 = 3x+ 1 or x =33

    36.) logx+4 = 8 means 10^8 = x(1000) means x = 10000

    37.) log6x-3 = -4 means 10^-4=6x/1000 or x 1/60

    38.) log(x-2) = 1 means 10^1 = x-2 so x = 12

    log(x–5) – log(3–x) = log1 x-5> 0 so x >5 3–x>0 so x<3 So no answer. you will possibly think of log(x–5) – log(3–x) = log1 log(x–5) – log(3–x) = 0 log(x–5) = log(3–x) x-5 = 3-x so x = 4 nevertheless that isn't any longer a answer. Th
