I recv'd a new video card, I bought a s video cable, can some1 explain how that works ?
Is it to watch tv on your computer or to watch a video from your computer to your tv ? Do I need add'l software ? Right now all the tv reads is "s-video" but shows nothing. The video card is installed properly and is working w/ the dvi cable, so I know its right, but I dont' understand the rest ...how do i watch a movie from my computer to the big screen tv ?

If you have an svideo toa graphics/video card then most likely you are watching videos from the computer to the TV.
