You helped to answer your own question when you stated "Isn't Obama's strategy like sticking your hand in the lion's mouth so you could count his teeth?" You're absolutely right! He wouldn't stick his hand in the Lions mouth unless he had the complete trust of the lion. He has been basing most of his campaign on getting the trust of the people. As his trust gets stronger, we will see Obama probably stick his whole head in the lions mouth proving to everyone once and for all he has gained the trust of the entire country.

You are representive of the reasons that countries around the world hate the U.S. You go around the world demanding that other countries think like the U.S. and do as the US does. You think that people who think differently from you (legitimately based on their life experiences) are uncivilized (to use your word). Frederick Douglass stated that a "true patriot is a lover of his country who rebukes and does not excuse her sins and does so openly."

I submit that all who live in this country love her, otherwise they would leave, but to deny or act as if the US has no faults is, in my estimation, "uncivilized and the real anti-American!"

Obama is not running for President he is seeking acknowledgment and approval from the racist hate cult he is a member of, so he is running for office to get their approval. He must feel mighty inferior if he believes he needs the approval of a hate cult to be an OK person!

He's an Elitist and Elitists are the most arrogant and self righteous people on the face of the planet. They are the epitome of pompous so it doesn't surprise me that he has the Audacity of a Dope to run for President. He truly believes he's smarter then everyone else and can pull the wool over everyone's eyes. Unfortunately for him he's dead wrong. He won't win.

How about the fact that Clinton and her advisors are doing all of the smearing because their overconfidence failed them! She thought she had the campaign in the bag and when that didn't pan out, ofcourse she had to dig up dirt. Come on people, let's focus on the real issues and that is if you are a democrat, you have to come together, not take stabs at your own party. I am unsure why Repubs are so angry. No matter which opponent McCain faces, he is probably bound to win anyway. Just my opinion.

Obama has a Messiah complex. He believes the presidency is his divine right and his followers believe that he is above all criticism and answers to no one.

Anyone who questions any part of his life, his policies, his record, is diminished as being racist.

If the strategy is the opposite of Bush's current scheme, then it should work. Though we as Americans have voted for Bush twice so that makes most of us hipocrits. I'm happy to say I voted for Gore and Kerry, yet am surrounded by idiots who love to pay for gas and tell secrets.

I have no idea what anti-American stuff you are talking about. He has been in the public eye since his early days in Chicago, and no one has shown anything yet. He is not courting anti-American people is what I think. I think you need to be more specific about these claims.
