Dream won MVP, DPoY, and Finals MVP in 94. Wilt (1960) and Wes Unseld (1969) each won MVP and ROY in the same season.

I know the Sixers swept all the major awards as a team in 2001, AI (MVP), McKie (6th man), Mutombo (Defensive) and Larry Brown (Coach), but not the ROY. Actually I think Hakeem Olajuwon may have won MVP and Defensive Player in either 93-93 or 94-95 during the two Rocket Championships.
